The best thing is to make a complaint to the NYC Dept IT which manages TWC. TWC takes these complaints very seriously because it affects their rate increase requests.

I've been looking on-line to see if others were having similar problems, and just found this posting.

TWC's interface upgrade is really a downgrade as far as I can tell! I can no longer rearrange the order of shows in my DVR list; can't easily search for more episodes of a show I'm currently watching (now have to type in the whole name from scratch); shows to be recorded are no longer indicated in red in the guide; the audio breaks up sporadically, and no longer feeds through all of the speakers connected to my stereo (I have sound from the DVR hooked up to my stereo instead of the TV itself, and it worked fine before the "upgrade"); and everything is just slower over all (along with other issues I can't remember at the moment).

I'm paying approx. $200 a month for cable (for 3 TVs, including 2 DVRs) plus internet through TWC, and I just don't think it's worth it anymore! Is moving to FIOS or Direct TV a viable option? Is there any place to post complaints to TWC where they will actually read it?
